CLC has been working closely with City of Toronto Planning staff toward Draft Plan of Subdivision approval in late July. This approval is the necessary next step in advancing CLC’s ability to realize the many benefits that are included in the proposed plan, including a focus on a Seniors development, affordable housing, new parks and open space along with the preservation of the existing woodlot and a new pedestrian bridge that will connect Arbo to Downsview Park.
