Consultation Updates

In the fall of 2020, we hosted community meetings to share and seek feedback on the emerging District Plan Concept. Both our presentation and recordings from the meetings are available here. You can also browse a summary of the feedback from those meetings.

Shortly after submitting our District Plan and development applications to the City of Toronto, we met with local organizations to provide an update and answer questions. Summaries from those meetings are also available here.

In the fall of 2019, we hosted two open house sessions at the Downsview Hub to continue discussions about the development of Arbo Downsview (formerly known as William Baker). We shared information and sought feedback on early design options for the new neighbourhood. An online feedback form was also hosted on this website to seek feedback up until the end of January, 2020.

You can view the panels that were shared at the open house here, as well as a summary of the feedback shared during and following the open house sessions.

The first phase of public consultation for Arbo Downsview (formerly known as William Baker) took place in the spring and summer of 2019, following a series of conversations with local elected officials and the community.

During this phase, we hosted a number of consultation activities to share information, seek ideas, aspirations and additional feedback to inform the district plan for the new neighbourhood. You can download the Phase One Presentation Panels and the Community Feedback Report to learn more.
