The City of Toronto Planning Division is hosting a virtual community consultation meeting to share an update and answer questions about the zoning for Phase 1 lands at Arbo Downsview.
The meeting will be held online and by phone on Monday, March 31, 2025, from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM.
At the meeting, City Planning and the Canada Lands team will discuss updating the approved zoning for the Phase 1 lands and next steps in the process for Arbo Downsview Phase 1. Topics will include lifting the Zoning Hold on the development blocks, revising residential unit requirements, and allowing public infrastructure to be built at the same time as new buildings.
